    You may not use your account to spend SPAM. If you maintain a mailing list it must use a double opt in (ie verify) method of subscription. You may not use your account for any illegal purpose, nor "adult" or "porn" purposes, nor "warez", nor "hate sites" or other nefarious purpose sites. Nor any site which promotes, encourages or depicts sadistic violence against anyone. Artistic nudity is allowed, smut nudity is not. (Submit samples for evaluation if you are unsure.) Free Speech, "CompanySucks.com," complaint & activism sites are allowed and encouraged. By making payment on any plan or domain, you acknowledge your acceptance of these terms and conditions of service. (Please read additional conditions on domain registrations at the bottom of DomStar.) Anyone found to be in violation of these terms will have their account deleted and no refund given. Every account has a bandwidth monitor built into your control panel so you'll always know if you are close to your limit. If you need to upgrade, you will be given credit for months remaining on your original plan.

    Opt2.net pages are best viewed at 800x600 and 16 bit color or greater. Most any browser should work fine.
